Sanding

It was a dark and stormy night… :-)

I could spend only about an hour in the shop tonight.
I started hand-sanding the hull with 80-grid paper. The aim is to cut out all bumps and unevenness of epoxy layer and to add keying to the surface, to prepare for subsequent coats. Light sanding, carefully on the edges.

I managed to finish starboard side.

Once sanding is done the hull will be vacuumed and I will run scotch brite pads to add scratches to all areas which were not reached with sanding block.
